Hours of work:  We can be flexible with the hours offered.  The role offered will be a monthly rota, working some weekends with weekdays off so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer service or sales background. 

As a Perrys BDC Advisor, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs.  You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from making inbound and outbound calls to taking deposits.

About You

• You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• You will have good time management and organisational skills.
• You should be computer literate and be able to work well under pressure.
