Bodyshop Panel Beater
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £50000 OTE
22 Days Holiday
Flexible working rota hours to be agreed.

We now have an opportunity for a Bodyshop Panel Beater to join our team in Scunthorpe.
Key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Panel Beater:
To carry out body repairs in an efficient, skilful and safe manner.
Identify area to be worked on, plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements.
Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
Repair the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
Work over 100% efficiency.

Be able to work independently whilst remaining part of a team.
Be highly organised and flexible with their approach to work.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be focused on attention to detail.
