Do you love working with people, enjoy selling and have an eye for what makes something that little bit more special? We have an exciting opportunity to join Sytner Tamworth BMW & MINI as our BMW & MINI Accessory Sales Expert. This is a newly created role within our Parts & Accessories team, with one clear focus: helping our customers personalise and enhance their BMW or MINI. From the latest alloy wheels and exterior styling packages to interior accessories, lifestyle products and genuine BMW and MINI accessories, you'll help customers discover the options available and create a car that feels genuinely their own. About the role A large part of your time will be spent working alongside our New and Used Car Sales teams, meeting customers during their buying journey and introducing them to the latest range of genuine BMW and MINI accessories. You will also identify opportunities with customers visiting our Service and Bodyshop departments, making sure they know what is available for their existing car. We're looking for someone proactive, energetic and confident who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and spotting opportunities. You'll develop excellent product knowledge and become our dealership expert for BMW and MINI accessories, helping customers choose products that complement their car, their lifestyle and their individual tastes. You will:

• Engage with customers purchasing New and Used BMW and MINI vehicles
• Proactively introduce relevant genuine accessories and personalisation options
• Work closely with our Sales Executives and Retail Managers to maximise every customer opportunity
• Build relationships with customers visiting our Service and Bodyshop departments
• Demonstrate and explain the latest BMW and MINI accessory ranges
• Follow up customer enquiries and opportunities
• Work closely with our Parts team to ensure products are ordered and available when required
• Take ownership of accessory sales performance and work towards agreed targets
• Help us continually improve the way we showcase and promote accessories throughout the dealership

About you This will be an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or sales background who would like to take their first step into the prestige automotive industry. We're looking for somebody who is:

Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and customer focus are more important than automotive experience. We'll provide the product knowledge and support. You bring the enthusiasm, energy and desire to succeed.
