Stellantis Automotive Technical Support Specialist

  • Use your diagnostic vehicle technician skills in this office based role

You’ll support Vehicle Technicians with complex diagnostic cases and guide them through challenging repairs, and help improve service quality across the Stellantis UK Retailer Network.

  • Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND

Responsibilities

  • Support retailers by answering technical queries and providing expert guidance on complex diagnostic and repair issues
  • Monitoring repair processes and advising on improvements to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coaching and development of Vehicle Technicians to prevent repeat issues and strengthen technical capability
  • Process improvement, reviewing dealer performance and feeding insights to the Stellantis central team
  • Building strong, professional relationships with retailers and customers to support continuous improvement

Salary & benefits include:

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced automotive technical professional, with a passion for diagnostics and customer service, who wants to move away from a hands on workshop role and step into a desk based technical support position.

You will excel in this role if you are:

  • A qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician at Diagnostic or Master Technician Level
  • Have extensive knowledge of highly complex vehicle systems and components
  • Have high voltage / EV training and experience
  • Are a strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Have a proactive, solutions focused mindset
