Area Sales Manager

We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager focused on promoting ‘employee benefits’ to prospective clients and Short-Term Vehicle Rental across the UK but based in Manchester.

Working Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

We’re looking for a candidate with experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental. 

The role is ideal for a self-motivated, experienced and knowledgeable individual, have a solid understanding of the sales process and be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic. who has the backing of one of the top leasing companies in the UK. 

Responsibilities

• Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements. 
• Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system. 
• Find and develop new opportunities. 
• Account Management 
• Keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments. 
• Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner. 
• Full responsibility for attaining and exceeding set targets 
• Comfortable engendering long term business relationships 

Requirements

• Knowledge and previous experience of selling Salary Sacrifice 
• Strong communication and influencing skill 
• Attention to detail 
• Professional manner 
• Driving licence 
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office

• CRM system experience 
• Gensen (funding methods) experience 
• Product knowledge
