What you'll do day to day

• Learn how to welcome customers and support them throughout their vehicle purchasing journey
• Develop an understanding of our products, services, and manufacturer standards
• Assist with customer enquiries, appointments, and follow-up communications
• Support the Sales Team with vehicle presentations, handovers, and administration tasks
• Use customer management systems to maintain accurate records and update customer information
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Work towards delivering exceptional customer experiences that encourage loyalty and referrals
• Attend apprenticeship training sessions and complete course requirements alongside your role

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in customer service and the automotive industry
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships
• A motivated approach to achieving goals and meeting deadlines
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential at the start of the apprenticeship
