At Vertu Motors PLC, we are looking to recruit an Alloy Wheel Technician to join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds. This is a key position which plays a major part in our success by providing professional, right first-time repairs for our customers and dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our successful aftersales teams and be part of a business that is committed to investing in its people and delivering outstanding customer service.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus bonus opportunities and an excellent benefits package.

This role will include, but is not limited to:

• • Carrying out alloy wheel refurbishment and repair work to a high standard
• • Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
• • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
• • Working closely with the Service and Preparation teams to support vehicle readiness
• • Conducting repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate a successful track record in an Alloy Wheel Repair or Cosmetic Repair role. The successful candidate will also possess:

• • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• • Strong customer focus and communication skills
• • Excellent time management and organisational skills
• • A proactive approach to solving problems and managing workloads
• • Relevant qualifications or proven industry experience
• • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
