Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 16 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.
What’s the Role?
We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join Waylands and lead our Aftersales team at our Volvo dealership in Bristol, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their ownership experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers the chance to join a leading automotive retail group with an excellent reputation.
Duties will include:
Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee the daily operations of the service department, workshop, and parts department.
Ensure all customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

What Do You Get in Return?
5-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (45 hours per week).
Company car and fuel card (personal mileage is chargeable).
An OTE of up to £70k.
