Job description
- Ensure all areas of responsibility achieve and maximise profit margins within their objectives/annual budget.
- Continually review the financial situation, examining all accounts, daily and weekly operating controls, dealer composite figures, and franchise/industry KPIs, taking corrective measures as necessary.
- Minimise courtesy car holding costs and interest charges.
- Ensure cost-effective parts stock turn ratios.
- Review monthly debtors to ensure company policy on debts is applied.
