DescriptionThis role is ideally suited to someone from an accountancy background, who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and good time-management skills.
Do you have knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook? Are you an expert in Excel? Do you have experience with reconciling purchase ledger accounts to statements? Then this is a great opportunity for you to work for an extremely successful and reputable company that values their staff.
Core responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day functioning of a busy accounts department including banking, bank reconciliation, credit control, and purchase ledger administration.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised accounts assistant with previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will understand accounting principles and procedures with a high level of numeracy and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines are preferred. Knowledge of the Pinnacle Dealer Management system is not essential but would be advantageous.
Working Hours
40 Hours per week
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
